Financial strength and stability
The financial background of larger companies and groups is stronger than that of small, isolated firms. When it comes to smaller companies there is no guarantee that they will not fade away the next day, as opposed to a strong group, which develops its activities in other areas.
The STING Real Estate Group amasses the capital strength of five affiliated companies, which respectively provides each of them much greater stability than most companies in this field can offer. It is quite unlikely that five companies from the whole group will "collapse" all at once. If we failed even in one of the areas, we could not establish credibility within any other company in our group. Therefore, our stability is a necessary prerequisite for the successful development of each of our groups.

The STING Real Estate Group began its activities in 1997. We have been on the market for thirteen years, which makes us one of the longest operating real estate companies in the young Czech real estate market.
We have successfully traded 25,000 properties during this period of time, so we can display with confidence our experience in the field. The value of traded real estate for the entire group amounts to 30 billion CZK.
Our real estate professionals are full-time employees, thus they have no involvement at other companies. They develop their activities only at our company, which enables them to commit themselves 100%. They don't have to divide their time or professional interests and experience.
