We have been on the market since 1997, Czech owned and operated, with the same owner. Thanks to our diligence (that's why we feature a bee in our logo), we have grown and strengthened our position in the real estate market over the past 14 years. We have built a network of offices throughout nearly the entire Czech Republic and have opened branches in the Slovak Republic as well. We offer our clients comprehensive services in the brokering of sales and purchases of real estate, financing and housing development.
With 120 agents, we reach turnovers comparable to our leading competitors, which have a much larger sales force. The success rate of real estate sales at our company is much higher than at most of our direct competitors.
